Mixed Feelings
I like my new Kia, but the fuel efficiency isn’t what I thought it would be. It looked great on paper, but I’m filling up more than I expected. Overall, it's decent but could be better.

Reliable and stylish

Solid vehicle, some downsides
Just picked up my new Kia Seltos. Love the design and safety features. But I noticed it has a bit of a delay when accelerating.

Decent ride with cool features
My experience with the Kia Soul has been pretty good so far. The touchscreen is easy to use and all the safety features are nice to have. Happy with the basics!

Disappointed in Service
I recently bought a Kia and had high hopes. Unfortunately, the dealership's customer service was a letdown. They promised a call back about my financing options and never did. I expected better.

Mediocre experience
Overall, my Kia Forte works alright. I've had some connection issues with Apple CarPlay, which is annoying during drives.

Fantastic car!

Okay overall, but needs improvement
I’ve had my Kia Soul for about a year now. It’s fun to drive and looks cool, but I've had to go in for service a couple of times for minor issues. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly after just a few months, which was annoying. I expected more reliability for a new car.

Almost perfect experience
I had a good experience buying my Kia Sorento. The staff was friendly and patient, showing me different options for financing. I even got a good deal on my trade-in. The only hiccup was waiting a bit longer for the delivery than expected.

Service wasn’t great
I have to say I’m disappointed. I took my Kia in for a recall and had to wait over an hour! They said it would just be a quick service. Not impressed.

Could improve customer service
I had to wait a long time at the service center for a simple oil change. The staff were nice but they seriously need to work on their timing.

Impressed but room for improvement
I’ve had my Kia Niro for a year now, and it’s been a great hybrid. The gas mileage is phenomenal! However, I’ve had a couple of instances where the audio system would freeze. Would love to see updates fix that.

Mixed feelings about my Kia
I got a Kia Forte last year and while it’s been reliable, I've had some annoyances. Sometimes the infotainment system freezes up, which is super frustrating. It’s a decent car for the price, but I wish it wasn’t so glitchy.

Good Choice Overall
I’m really enjoying my Kia Sportage. The ride is smooth and the space inside is great for my family. Had a couple minor issues during the first few months but nothing major.

Nice Car with a Few Quirks
I'm generally happy with my Kia. It's stylish and comfortable, but sometimes I feel the acceleration is a bit slow. Still a good value for what you get. Would consider buying again.

Solid option for a compact car
I’ve been driving a Kia Rio for about six months now. It's compact, easy to park, and gets great mileage. Only thing is, I wish it had a bit more legroom in the back.
