I bought a Kia Sportage last year and overall I love it. It’s super reliable and the fuel efficiency is a big plus. Just had a little issue with the infotainment system freezing up once, but the service team fixed it quickly. Solid choice!

I purchased a Kia Optima last year and while it looks good, I’m not super impressed with its performance. Sometimes, the engine feels sluggish, especially on the highway. I also had issues with the Bluetooth connectivity dropping sometimes, which is frustrating.

Just okay. It drives well but the A/C takes forever to cool down. It’s not a dealbreaker, but annoying during summer.

Got a Kia Rio mainly for commuting to work. It’s fuel-efficient and gets me where I need to go. However, I wish it had better sound insulation, because outside noise can be distracting on long rides. Not a bad car, just could use a few tweaks.

Had issues with my Sorento and took it to the dealership. The service was slow and they seemed disinterested. It took them a week to fix a minor issue. Not what I expected.

Kia seems to be doing okay. I own a Kia Rio and while it gets me from point A to B, it feels a bit cheap inside. Could use some more premium touches.

I bought a Kia Soul, and it's quirky and fun to drive, but I wish it had better fuel efficiency. It’s average. Not sure if I'd recommend it?
