It has potential but...

Ironclad has some cool ideas, but it’s not user-friendly at all. Took me ages to figure things out, could use a lot of improvements.

Needs improvement

Ironclad promised a seamless experience, but I found multiple bugs while using the software. The integrations with our legal databases are patchy, and I often lose documents. The idea is great, but execution feels rushed and incomplete.

It’s okay, but needs work

Used Ironclad for a few months. Some features are nice, but it crashed a couple of times during contract uploads. I lost important files, which is super frustrating.

Disappointing experience

I was excited to try Ironclad, but I ran into bugs that made it hard to use. Customer support took forever to respond. Overall, not impressed.

Subpar functionality

Not impressed with the contract templates. They don’t cover what we need at all. Way overpriced for the limited features.

Too buggy for me

Really disappointed

I expected so much more from Ironclad. The customer service is terrible. It took days to get a reply to my query, and when they finally did, the answer was unhelpful. Not worth the hype.

Total letdown

I regret using Ironclad. The support team was slow to respond, and the app had constant issues. It really added stress to my workload instead of relieving it.

Not great, not horrible

There are some useful tools in Ironclad, but it doesn’t feel polished. I’ve had my fair share of glitches, and it’s just not very intuitive. I might switch to something else.

Mixed feelings

Ironclad has a nice interface, but honestly, it feels a bit clunky at times. The team I worked with found some features confusing. We got through it, but it wasn’t as seamless as I hoped.

Pretty good, but room for improvement

Ironclad does offer some useful features for managing contracts. I like the templates, but there's still some bugs. If they fix those, I could see myself using it more.

Okay, needs work

Had a decent experience using Ironclad. Once I figured out how to navigate it, it did help with my workflow. But honestly, there's a lot that could be better.
