Terrible experience overall

Honestly, this was a huge letdown. It crashed multiple times while I was working, and I lost important documents. Can’t believe I wasted time on this.

Waste of Time

I was looking for a way to streamline contract management but ended up more confused. The templates are not customizable enough for our needs. They promised a lot during the demo but once I signed up it felt like I got ghosted by support.

Very disappointing

Not worth the money

Completely let down

Used Ironclad for a recent project and it was a disaster. Documents wouldn't upload, and customer support was unhelpful. Would not recommend this at all.

Disappointing experience

This is unacceptable

Really disappointed

I expected so much more from Ironclad. The customer service is terrible. It took days to get a reply to my query, and when they finally did, the answer was unhelpful. Not worth the hype.
