Ironclad sounded great, but I've faced multiple bugs that halted my work. The search feature isn't reliable at all. I wouldn't recommend it unless they fix these issues.

I’ve been struggling with the document automation feature. I tried to sync it with our existing contracts, but kept running into errors. I reached out to support and they were unresponsive for days. Eventually, I managed to sort it myself but it took way too long. Just not worth the hassle.

Honestly, this was a huge letdown. It crashed multiple times while I was working, and I lost important documents. Can’t believe I wasted time on this.

I really thought Ironclad would make my contract management smoother, but it’s been a mess. The interface is clunky and I've had issues with integration. Not worth the hassle.

Ironclad has some good features, but the interface can be confusing. I've had several issues with the contracts not being properly saved. It's a mixed bag at best.

I was looking for a way to streamline contract management but ended up more confused. The templates are not customizable enough for our needs. They promised a lot during the demo but once I signed up it felt like I got ghosted by support.

Used Ironclad for a recent project and it was a disaster. Documents wouldn't upload, and customer support was unhelpful. Would not recommend this at all.

Ironclad really let me down. We had major issues with data migration, and nobody seemed to care. I had to escalate things way too many times.

I’m sort of okay with Ironclad. It does its job for simple contracts but it's not very user-friendly for more complex legal needs. Not entirely satisfied but not terrible either.
