Overall good, but cabin staff could smile more
I took a flight to Barcelona with Iberia, and I was generally satisfied. The food was tasty, but the cabin crew seemed a bit serious. A little more warmth would go a long way!

Not Great But Decent

Average, not impressed
Iberia was just okay for me. The food was mediocre and the cabin was a bit noisy. I expected a better experience for the price I paid. Not sure I’d choose them again.

Can't complain, great flight!
Iberia exceeded my expectations! The plane was clean, the crew was super nice, and I loved the in-flight entertainment. Will fly with them again for sure!

Had a Good Time
Just returned from Madrid and everything was smooth. Check-in was swift, and the cabin crew was super friendly. The meals were pretty good as well, I enjoyed it!

Support was unhelpful
Had a problem with my baggage claim. The support was unresponsive, and I felt ignored. Really disappointing experience.

Pleasantly Surprised
Honestly, I was expecting worse after reading reviews. My flights to Barcelona were smooth, and the crew was friendly. I didn't mind the food either, quite decent for airline standards. I'd fly with Iberia again.

Good experience overall
Really enjoyed my trip with Iberia. The service was nice and food was decent. Only downside was a slight delay in boarding, but not a huge issue. Would fly again.

Lost my luggage, unhappy
My luggage didn’t arrive after the flight! I spent hours trying to get help, but it was frustrating. Never had this issue with other airlines.

Reliable airline
I’ve used Iberia for several short flights across Europe. They are mostly on time and the staff is polite. Just a bit disappointed with the in-flight snacks, could be more variety.

Smooth flight but room for improvement

Decent Flight

Perfect journey to Spain!
Just got back from Madrid with Iberia and I’m really happy! The seat was comfortable, the flight was smooth, and they even served some really tasty tapas on board. Definitely recommend!
