Good Overall
Overall, I was pretty happy with my trip. Iberia managed to keep everything on schedule. The in-flight entertainment was decent too, which made the long flight more bearable.

Solid experience

Reliable with minor issues
Iberia has been reliable for my travels to Spain. The check-in process was quick, but I wish they had more options for in-flight entertainment. Still, a solid choice for long-hauls.

Disappointing Service
Sat on the runway for over an hour without any updates from the crew. Finally, we took off, but a disappointing experience overall. Maybe they can handle communication better?

It's alright I guess
My last Iberia flight was okay. Nothing special, just basic service. The seat wasn’t super comfortable, but overall not terrible.

Disappointing Service
Iberia's customer service is really lacking. I had to call several times just to get my baggage claim sorted out, and each time I waited on hold for ages. The flight itself wasn’t terrible, but the hassle made everything worse.

Mixed feelings about my trip
Flew from Toronto to Madrid with Iberia. The plane was alright, but I found the legroom quite cramped. The flight got in on time, but it wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped.

Fantastic experience!

Good but needs improvements

Almost perfect!
My last Iberia flight was nearly perfect! Great service and food, but there was some confusion at the connecting flight gate. It got sorted, but a bit of stress there.

Headaches at Every Turn
My flight got delayed by three hours. The airport staff were unresponsive, and I barely made it to my connection! Totally frustrating experience, wouldn't recommend.

Solid airline for international travel!

Not What I Expected
Iberia had so many issues with my flight to Madrid. The online check-in was a nightmare, took forever to find my reservation. The staff at the airport seemed overwhelmed and indifferent. Plus, my seat was cramped and barely comfortable!
