Sat on the runway for over an hour without any updates from the crew. Finally, we took off, but a disappointing experience overall. Maybe they can handle communication better?

Iberia's customer service is really lacking. I had to call several times just to get my baggage claim sorted out, and each time I waited on hold for ages. The flight itself wasn’t terrible, but the hassle made everything worse.

Iberia had so many issues with my flight to Madrid. The online check-in was a nightmare, took forever to find my reservation. The staff at the airport seemed overwhelmed and indifferent. Plus, my seat was cramped and barely comfortable!
