Service issues
I bought a Hyundai Accent and the car itself is fine, but the service department is frustrating. They seem to be clueless about basic repair issues. Not what I was hoping for.

Not Bad, But Could Be Better
The car drives well, but I had some issues with the financing part at the dealership. It took way longer than expected, which was quite annoying. Still happy with the purchase overall, though.

Could be improved
Honestly, the car runs great but I’ve faced a lot of delays on my service appointments. I had to wait two weeks for a simple oil change, which seems excessive. I love Hyundai but this part of the customer experience can definitely be better.

Not impressed
I was excited to try Hyundai but quickly ran into problems. My Tucson has been in the shop more than I'd like, and I can't help but feel let down. I expected a hassle-free car.

Okay but Room for Improvement
I bought a used Sonata and it’s decent but has some weird sounds coming from the engine. The performance is okay but I feel like I should have checked it out better before buying.

Not Impressed with the Reliability
I’ve had my Hyundai Elantra for about a year now, and honestly, it's been more trouble than it’s worth. The engine stalled once and that left me stranded. Really disappointing.

Top Quality and Service!

Great experience overall!
I purchased my first Hyundai, a Palisade, and I’ve loved every moment with it so far. The spaciousness is perfect for my family, plus the tech features are awesome especially the rearview camera and blind-spot monitoring which really come in handy! The dealer I worked with was helpful throughout and answered all my queries. Definitely a thumbs up!

Disappointing Service Experience
I took my Sonata for a routine check-up and the service was terrible. They were super slow and messed up the last part of the service. I had to return back just to get it right. Not what I expected from Hyundai.

Love the features!
I’m absolutely thrilled with my new Hyundai Kona! It’s compact yet spacious enough for my family. The safety features, like lane-keeping assist, give me extra peace of mind when driving in the city. Plus, it has a killer sound system! Couldn’t ask for more.
