Average Experience Overall
Just average for me. I mean, my new Hyundai Ioniq is fine, but the customer service when I was buying it wasn’t as great as I hoped. The staff seemed rushed and not attentive.

Mixed feelings
I’ve had my Hyundai Kona for over a year now. It drives nicely, but I've had some minor issues with the brakes that made me uneasy. Plus, customer service is hit or miss, I feel stuck.

It’s okay, not amazing
I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe and it’s doing the job. Good for families and spacious. However, I expected more from the sound system and the fuel efficiency is just average.

Happy with my purchase
Got a Hyundai Kona a few months back and it's been great. Looks cool and handles well. Just wish the back seat was a bit roomier. Still, I enjoy driving it every day.

Satisfactory purchase
Overall, the Hyundai I purchased is decent. I wish I had more choices in color, but the performance has been pretty good. Looking forward to seeing how it handles in the winter months.

Nice car, inconsistent support
I bought a used Hyundai Santa Fe and I love how it drives! However, during my purchasing experience, the salesperson was great but I had to follow up multiple times to get my paperwork sorted. Just felt a bit off. Still really enjoying the car!

So-so experience
I got my Ioniq about six months back. The tech is cool, but my battery life isn’t what they promised. It’s okay but didn’t exceed my expectations. I wanted more for the price I paid.

Decent but not great
I like my Hyundai Tucson overall. It has decent space and comfort. But the tech features are not as advanced as I hoped. It's okay but not enough to rave about.

Not Bad, But Could Be Better
The car drives well, but I had some issues with the financing part at the dealership. It took way longer than expected, which was quite annoying. Still happy with the purchase overall, though.

Could be improved
Honestly, the car runs great but I’ve faced a lot of delays on my service appointments. I had to wait two weeks for a simple oil change, which seems excessive. I love Hyundai but this part of the customer experience can definitely be better.

Okay but Room for Improvement
I bought a used Sonata and it’s decent but has some weird sounds coming from the engine. The performance is okay but I feel like I should have checked it out better before buying.
