I've been with Liberty Mutual for a couple of years now. Their coverage is solid and offers a lot of options, but the claims process takes a bit longer than I would like. If they could speed that up, I'd rate them a full five stars.

Liberty Mutual has decent policies, but my experience has been hit or miss. I had a great agent who helped with my initial setup, but when I tried to contact support later, it was frustrating. Wish it was more consistent.
