I've been with Liberty Mutual for a couple of years now. Their coverage is solid and offers a lot of options, but the claims process takes a bit longer than I would like. If they could speed that up, I'd rate them a full five stars.

I appreciate the perks and value that Liberty Mutual offers. The app is user-friendly, and everything's easy to manage. Just had a little hiccup with billing, but it was resolved pretty quickly. Overall, I'm pleased.
