Decent but not great
I stayed at Hyatt last month for a conference. The room was okay but the Wi-Fi was super slow. Check-in took a while too. Overall, it was fine but nothing special.

Not What I Expected

Disappointing Experience

Big letdown

Not what I expected

Very frustrating stay
I booked a king room and ended up with a twin bed instead. When I complained, they said they were fully booked. Not the kind of service I expect from a hotel like Hyatt.

Two-star experience

Could be better
The location was nice but I found the hotel staff not very responsive. Our air conditioning unit was noisy, and the maintenance took too long to show up. I think I’ll try a different hotel next time.

Mixed feelings
