Terrible experience
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I arrived and my room wasn’t even ready. The front desk didn’t offer any help and I had to wait for over an hour. Really unacceptable.

Never Again!
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff was rude, the hot water didn’t work, and I found hair in my bed. Can’t believe I paid so much for this.

Terrible Customer Service
I booked a room but when I arrived they had no record of my reservation! After waiting for over an hour, they finally found me a room. Ridiculous!

Very Unhappy
Got a room with a view of a brick wall. Seriously?! And the bathroom was tiny. Totally not worth the money. I won’t be booking with Hyatt again.

Big letdown
Never thought I’d say this about Hyatt, but I’ll never go back to this location. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and when I asked for help, no one seemed to care. Totally lost my patience.

Very frustrating stay
I booked a king room and ended up with a twin bed instead. When I complained, they said they were fully booked. Not the kind of service I expect from a hotel like Hyatt.
