Great for Last-Minute Plans

Great experience overall, minor hiccup
Used Hotels.com for booking a weekend getaway in San Francisco. Everything was smooth, the hotel was nice and the price was great. Only downside was some confusion with the check-in process, the staff at the hotel didn’t have our reservation listed right away. But it got sorted out quickly, so overall I’m pretty happy!

Good experience overall
Used Hotels.com for booking my trip to Miami. Everything went smoothly, got a nice hotel at a decent price. Only issue was that the confirmation email took a while to arrive.

Pretty Good but Room for Improvement

Very good, but a tiny issue
