Mixed Feelings
I found a decent hotel for a fair price, but the customer service was a little slow when I needed help with my reservation. It wasn’t terrible, just not great either.

Mixed feelings
I booked a hotel through Hotels.com and it was okay but the location wasn't as described. It was a bit further from the beach than I thought. Probably will use it again but will double-check the map next time.
