Awful Experience with Customer Service
I tried booking a ticket to Thailand for my vacation and had to deal with a nightmare. Not only did the prices jump up before I could confirm, but when I reached out to customer support, they were completely unhelpful. I kept getting transferred to different agents with no solutions. My trip is now in jeopardy because of their inefficiency. Very disappointed!

Super impressed with the savings!

Not Worth It
Had a terrible experience. Booked a flight, they didn't send me the confirmation email for hours. Support was useless, really wish I had booked directly.

Pretty Good Experience
I used Hopper to book my trip to Italy last month. The flight prices were really competitive and I even managed to lock in a great deal by using their price freeze feature. The only downside was the app's notification system it was a bit glitchy when it came to price alerts. Overall, I'd recommend it for finding good deals but be ready for some minor technical hiccups.

Lack of Transparency

Ended Up Paying More

Wouldn't Recommend
The interface seems nice but they have very little support if things go wrong. My hotel details were all over the place, and getting in touch with their customer service was a nightmare. I basically had to sort everything out on my own, which is not what I paid for!

Terrible Experience, Never Again
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had while booking a trip. I booked a round-trip to Vegas, and the app showed everything confirmed. A week later, I got an email saying my flight was canceled with no reasonable explanation. I tried contacting support but they ignored my messages. I lost money and valuable time I won't be using Hopper again.
