Using Hopper for the first time was okay. I found a nice flight to New York and the app was pretty straightforward to use. I wish I had more time to play around with price alerts, though, since I think I could have saved a bit more. It was efficient for my needs, just some issues with notifications.

I booked a flight to Miami through Hopper, and while the app was user-friendly and the prices seemed decent at first, I faced issues with my ticket later on. My flight got canceled and the customer support took forever to respond to my inquiries. I really liked the layout of the app, but the service I got during a critical moment was disappointing.

Had a terrible experience. Booked a flight, they didn't send me the confirmation email for hours. Support was useless, really wish I had booked directly.

Used Hopper a couple of times. The app is great for flight deals, but the customer support is kinda lacking. Had an issue with a booking, took forever to get a reply.

I was hyped about the app based on ads. But it failed during booking. I lost money and had to rebook through another site. Very disappointed. Never using it again!

I used Hopper to book a flight to Miami for a family vacation. The app was okay to use, but the prices kept fluctuating, which drove me crazy. Eventually, I booked a ticket but it didn’t seem like I got a good deal after all that. Customer service was a bit slow to respond when I had questions.
