Confusing Interface
Hopper's interface is really confusing and not user-friendly. I thought I was getting a good deal but ended up with unexpected fees during checkout. I would not recommend it.

Honestly, I don’t think I'll use Hopper again. The entire booking felt sketchy with constant price changes. I recommend sticking to more reliable platforms.

I had a bad experience when my flight got canceled. Hopper didn't provide much clarity on rebooking options. After waiting for over an hour for their support to reply, I just gave up and had to figure things out on my own. They really dropped the ball on customer service.

The app has good potential, but it’s filled with bugs. I remember one time I tried to access my itinerary and couldn’t find it. Turns out, the app just didn’t sync properly. It caused me a lot of stress trying to figure things out last minute.

The interface seems nice but they have very little support if things go wrong. My hotel details were all over the place, and getting in touch with their customer service was a nightmare. I basically had to sort everything out on my own, which is not what I paid for!

I used Hopper to plan my family vacation and was really let down. The whole process was confusing, especially trying to navigate through the app late at night. My flight was delayed, and trying to get help through their chat feature was a nightmare. I really expected more from such a well-known travel app.

I thought I'd give Hopper a try for my spring break trip after hearing about it from a friend. The prices were definitely lower than other sites, which is a plus, but the app kept crashing during checkout. I had to restart the process a few times. The flights ended up being fine, but the booking process was pretty annoying.

I had high hopes using Hopper for my recent trip to Canada, but it fell short of expectations. My booking went through fine, but when I asked about changing the return date, the support was completely unhelpful. They took ages to respond, and when they finally did, there was more uncertainty than clarity. I’m not sure if I'll use it again.
