Not Impressed with Service

I ordered some cleaning supplies and they took forever to arrive, over a week! When I contacted support, I felt ignored. Not the best experience for a family brand.

Wasn't impressed

The products seem nice, but I had a couple of issues with my subscription. Getting help was frustrating and took way too long.

Major Disappointment

The Honest Company has some of the worst service I've experienced. The diaper subscription was a mess, deliveries were late, and customer service was unresponsive.

Okay but Lent Us Down

The baby lotion smelled nice, but it didn’t moisturize as it claims. My daughter's skin was still dry. I wish I could find something better.

Average Products

The snacks are alright but not as healthy as I imagined. My kids found them too sugary. Thought I’d be getting better quality for the price.

Not Worth It

I had high hopes for their sunscreen, but it was so greasy and made my kid's skin break out. Such a letdown for summer activities.

Expected more from them

I thought The Honest Company would be a better option for my kids' needs. The baby lotion I ordered was overpriced for what it is. Plus, it didn't even arrive on time, which was annoying.
