Pretty good, just a couple of hiccups
Overall, my experience was solid. I got my car quickly but had a minor issue with the GPS. It took a bit to get it sorted out but staff were nice about it. Would rent again.

Decent experience overall
I rented a car from Hertz for a weekend trip, and overall it went well. The pickup was smooth, and the staff at the desk were really friendly. The car was clean and performed nicely. Just a bit disappointed with the drop-off process, it felt a little chaotic.
