Good, but minor issues

Not a bad rental, but I had to wait 20 minutes for my car to be ready. Once I got it, it was a smooth ride. Still considering Hertz for my next trip.

Satisfactory service, with a few hiccups

Overall, my experience with Hertz was pretty okay. The car was fine, and the staff were friendly enough. Just a couple of hiccups with the booking process, but nothing that ruined my trip. Would use again.

Reliable service, but room for improvement

The car I rented was pretty cool, drove nicely, and was clean. However, I had a minor issue returning it; there was a line and it took longer than expected. Still, I'm likely to rent again.

Good, but needs better communication

Decent, but could be faster

Rented a car for a road trip. The image of the car was nice, but there seemed to be a delay in the check-in process. The vehicle was fine, but I hope next time, the waiting time is less.

Good service overall

I recently rented a car from Hertz at the airport. The process was pretty smooth and the staff were friendly. Just a couple of things could be improved, like a faster pickup system, but overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

Almost perfect, but...

The car was great, but I was charged extra for fuel even though I returned it full. A bit frustrating, but the overall experience was still good.

Pretty decent

Almost perfect!
