Could improve on cleanliness
The car I got was okay, but the inside was a little dusty. Not a terrible experience, but I expected better, especially for the price. Might try another option next time.

Mixed feelings about my rental

Mixed feelings about my last rental
Car was fine and the price was decent. However, the wait at the counter was longer than expected. I had to wait about 30 minutes just to get the keys.

Not what I expected
I had mixed feelings about my experience with Hertz. The car was decent but I encountered an issue with the GPS that was supposed to be included. Ended up renting my own, which was frustrating.

Average experience
