Honestly, I found a couple of good items, but the overall process was tricky. The app crashed a few times and it was hard to get customer support.

Decent platform
The selection is awesome, but I had trouble with one seller who didn't respond. It's really hit or miss with buyers and sellers.

Decent experience, not perfect
I bought a pair of pants that arrived with a small stain, which was disappointing. The overall selection is great but the quality control needs to be better.

Needs improvement
I love thrifting online, but Grailed's customer service was not helpful when I had a problem with my last order. They just keep sending automated responses.

Decent Experience
Had a mixed bag with my purchases. Some items were great but others were overpriced for the condition. Customer service was slow, but they did eventually help me out. Not the worst, but I expected better.

Okay experience

Could use some improvements

Not bad, but could be better
I like the variety of clothing but had some issues with a return. Took longer than I expected. Just be careful with sizing.
