Not what I expected
I was really looking forward to using Grailed, but I've had more bad luck than good. Seems like there are more issues than good finds.

Frustrating!
I received the wrong size and it took forever to sort it out. The return process was kind of annoying. I liked a few of the items, but the hassle was frustrating.

Too many problems
I tried to return a shirt, and it was a total hassle. The policies are confusing and support wasn't helpful.

Disappointing overall
I was excited to try Grailed, but my first sale fell through because the buyer didn't communicate well. Felt a bit lost in the process.

Disappointed with my purchase
I was really excited to get a rare jacket but it came damaged. The seller didn't respond quickly and it took ages to sort it out. Not impressed.
