Nice clothes, but issues with returns
I found a fantastic jacket on Farfetch, loved it! However, returning it was more complicated than I thought. The return label was confusing and took ages to arrive. I'll think twice next time.

Solid experience but not perfect
Farfetch has some of the best luxury items out there. My last order arrived on time, but the customer service could have been a bit more responsive when I had questions about my return policy. Still, I’d shop again.

Great selection, a few hiccups

Mostly good, some concern
I ordered a dress and while it was exactly what I wanted, the sizing was off. It took me a while to get the exchange sorted out, but I appreciate their efforts to rectify it. Just a bit frustrating.
