Disappointed this time
I was really looking forward to my order but it arrived with a missing item. I tried to reach out to customer service and it took days for a response. Not what I expected from such a big site.

Really disappointed
Had high hopes for my first purchase but the shoes were not true to size and took ages to arrive. Not sure I'll try again.
