Ordered a jacket that looked amazing on the site, but when it arrived the color was off. Customer service was decent, they offered a return, but it was a hassle.

Farfetch has great items but my latest order didn’t live up to my expectations. The jeans I received were smaller than described. I’ve had better experiences, hope they can fix their sizing info.
