Totally let down
ESET's customer support was a nightmare. I needed help with installation, took forever to get a response. Unacceptable service.

Decent but could be better
ESET is OK, but the app can be buggy at times. I had an issue updating it last week which took forever to resolve. It’s frustrating.

The security features were decent, but the interface feels outdated. I also had some issues with customer support taking too long to respond.

Mixed feelings about the service
I've been using ESET for a few months now, the antivirus works well most of the time. But I had trouble with their VPN, it kept disconnecting when I needed it the most.
