Mixed feelings about ESET

Not too bad, but room for improvement
I like the user interface and it's easy to use, but the VPN is frustrating sometimes because it drops connections unexpectedly.

ESET isn’t bad, I mean the security part works fine, but I expected faster VPN speeds. Sometimes it feels like it hinders my connection.

Decent but could be better
ESET is OK, but the app can be buggy at times. I had an issue updating it last week which took forever to resolve. It’s frustrating.

Mixed feelings about the service
I've been using ESET for a few months now, the antivirus works well most of the time. But I had trouble with their VPN, it kept disconnecting when I needed it the most.
