Terrible customer support
I had to contact support for a billing issue and it was a nightmare. They hardly replied to my emails, and when they did, it didn’t help at all. Totally not worth it.

I signed up for ESET and expected a lot more. The software was slow and customer service was unhelpful. Had to cancel my subscription after just a week.
