Not bad overall

For the most part, I like my Discover card. The rewards are decent, and there’s no fee, but I had a billing issue last month that took way too long to fix. Still, I think I’ll keep it.

Mixed feelings about Discover

I’ve been using Discover for a while. The cash back rewards are nice, but honestly their customer service could be better. I had an issue last month and it took ages to resolve. Not terrible, but not great either.

Frustrated with customer support

Tried reaching out for help and it took forever to get someone on the line. By the time I figured things out, I was already late on a payment. Super frustrating.
