Good rewards, slow to respond

The cashback perks are nice, but when I needed help with my account it took forever! I guess I expected more from them.

Decent service, but issues

I’ve been using Discover for a couple of years. The rewards are decent, but I’ve had a few problems with customer service. Once I tried to resolve a transaction issue and it took forever to get anyone on the line.

Not bad overall

For the most part, I like my Discover card. The rewards are decent, and there’s no fee, but I had a billing issue last month that took way too long to fix. Still, I think I’ll keep it.

Mixed feelings about Discover

I’ve been using Discover for a while. The cash back rewards are nice, but honestly their customer service could be better. I had an issue last month and it took ages to resolve. Not terrible, but not great either.
