Disappointed with Service
I signed up for a Discover card expecting great benefits, but man, it’s been a hassle. Customer service was really unhelpful when I tried to resolve a billing error. They kept transferring me around. I ended up just giving up and closing my account. Overall, not impressed.

Decent service, but issues

What a letdown

Very frustrating experience
