Great support, but some items are pricey
I called customer service for help with installation brackets and they were super helpful. Just wish some products didn't feel a bit overpriced. Still, very satisfied overall.

Good experience overall
Ordered some speakers from Crutchfield, delivery was quick and they sounded great. The only issue was a small scratch on one of the boxes, but the speakers were fine.
