Really disappointed with support

I had an issue with a product I'd ordered, and it took ages to get a response from customer service. When I finally did, they weren't very helpful. I expected a lot more, especially after reading positive reviews. Won't be ordering again anytime soon.

Not the best experience

Had a rough time with my last order. The remote I got didn’t work right out of the box and it was a hassle to get a replacement.

Not happy with my purchase

I bought a Bluetooth speaker and it stopped working after a week. Customer service was not helpful at all. Very frustrating experience.
