Decent selection but shipping issues

Really disappointed with support
I had an issue with a product I'd ordered, and it took ages to get a response from customer service. When I finally did, they weren't very helpful. I expected a lot more, especially after reading positive reviews. Won't be ordering again anytime soon.

Good experience overall
