Could be better but helpful
I like the simplicity of ConvertKit for managing my subscribers, but I ran into issues with the landing page builder. It feels a bit outdated and sometimes lags. I also had a frustrating experience with customer service; they were polite but slow to address my concerns. Overall, it's functional, but I wish it was more intuitive. For now, it serves its purpose.

Overall good, some flaws
ConvertKit has useful features for email campaigns, but the pricing can be confusing. I spent an hour trying to figure out plans and ended up overpaying for features I don't even use. The user experience is mixed, but it gets the job done.

Could be better
I appreciate some features like tagging, but the learning curve was steeper than I expected. Wouldn't recommend for beginners, unless you really have the time to invest.

Frustrating experience
I really wanted to love ConvertKit but I've faced multiple glitches when trying to create automation. Support was not very helpful which added to my frustration. I’m looking for alternatives.

Great Email Tool
I really like how ConvertKit organizes my contacts. The tagging system is helpful, and I can send targeted emails easily. I'm happy overall with the service.

It has potential
So I've been giving ConvertKit a shot, and while I appreciate the basic automations and the simplicity, I feel like I’m missing some advanced features I get with other tools. Support seems helpful, but the interface could definitely use a makeover.

Great tool with minor hiccups

Not bad, but needs improvement
Using ConvertKit for my blog and it does work, but I always feel like it's a bit behind others in terms of functionality. The analytics aren't the best, and I wish there were more templates available for emails. Still, it’s decent enough for beginners.

Average experience, nothing special

Flexible, but can be glitchy
There's a lot to like with ConvertKit, especially the landing page options and integrations. But I often run into glitches that interrupt my workflow. I don’t want to spend my time fixing issues when I could be creating content.

Not impressed
Support took too long to respond. Not happy.
