Honestly, I was excited to try ConvertKit after hearing so much about it. But I encountered a lot of bugs and the customer service was slow to respond. I expected more for the price.

I had some issues with my account, and it took way too long to get help. Really thought they would be quicker, since they market themselves as user-friendly. Just wasn’t what I expected and it made my experience less enjoyable.

I appreciate some features like tagging, but the learning curve was steeper than I expected. Wouldn't recommend for beginners, unless you really have the time to invest.
