It's fine, I guess
Had an okay experience but it didn't blow me away. The automation features are helpful, but not as intuitive as I hoped. You kinda have to get used to it.

Mixed feelings about ConvertKit
I started using ConvertKit for my email marketing, and while it has some cool features, I still find it a bit clunky. The interface isn't as intuitive as I'd hoped. It does the job, but I expected better.

Decent, but could be better
ConvertKit's email builder is quite nice, but I find some features to be lacking in flexibility. I wanted to customize templates more than allowed. Might look at other options after my trial.

Good tool with few hiccups
I’ve been a ConvertKit user for six months now. Setting up my workflows was straightforward, and I’ve seen improvements in my open rates. But I still face issues with a slow interface sometimes which disrupts my workflow. Overall, I appreciate the design and features, though I wish their customer support was quicker. Just gotta hang in there.

Decent but not what I expected

Good, but still need some improvements

Okay, but not for everyone

Good features, but lacks polish
ConvertKit has some great features, like the tagging system and landing page builder. However, I find the user experience a bit clunky. I faced some bugs while trying to create automated sequences. It's frustrating, especially when I'm in the middle of a campaign.

Decent tool but not perfect

Mediocre Performance
The email deliverability issues have been frustrating. I’ve lost opens because ConvertKit doesn't seem to handle my list well. I love the design options, but if my emails aren't getting through, what good is that?

Could be better but helpful
I like the simplicity of ConvertKit for managing my subscribers, but I ran into issues with the landing page builder. It feels a bit outdated and sometimes lags. I also had a frustrating experience with customer service; they were polite but slow to address my concerns. Overall, it's functional, but I wish it was more intuitive.
