My experience wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. The wait was longer than expected, and while the diagnosis was accurate, the in-depth discussion about treatment felt a bit rushed.

Just Average
The facility is clean, and the nurses are super nice, but I think they need to work on scheduling. I showed up for my appointment, and they didn’t even have me in the system. After 15 minutes, they found my files. I just think it shouldn’t happen at such a big place.

Decent but Room for Improvement
I was referred to Cleveland Clinic for a knee surgery consultation. The doctor was knowledgeable, but the scheduling process was frustrating. I had to call multiple times to confirm my appointment and it still wasn't sorted. I hope they can streamline things a bit.
