Good Tool for Busy Schedules

I’ve found Calendly really helpful for balancing my appointments. Sending a quick link for scheduling saves so much back-and-forth emailing. Though, I had a little trouble with notifications not coming through which is annoying.

Not what I expected

I really wanted to love Calendly, but it just didn’t work for me. The integration with my calendar wasn’t smooth at all. I missed a couple of important meetings because of it. Frustrated for sure.

Very frustrating

Honestly, this app has caused me more headaches than it’s worth. It sometimes refuses to send out links, and I’ve had to apologize to clients for double bookings. Not impressed at all.

Total let down

I signed up and was really excited, but the features I needed were all behind a paywall. The free version is too limited for what I need. I canceled my subscription right away.

Pretty good overall

I’ve been using Calendly for a few months now. It generally makes my life easier when scheduling calls. Just had a little trouble with timezone settings once, but customer support was quick to help. Happy with it mostly.

Fine for simple needs

I use Calendly for quick meetings and it does ok. It's simple and saves time, but don’t expect it to have every feature you might need for a bigger operation. Happy enough for my small team.

Fantastic Scheduling Solution

Frustrated with the app

Seriously, Calendly crashed right before my big meeting. I had to scramble to send out invites manually. I won’t be using this again after that experience.

Got some bugs to fix

It does the job but I had a couple glitches with double booking. The interface is friendly, but that issue makes it hard to trust it 100%.

Bad experience overall

I hoped Calendly would simplify my scheduling, but it’s been a hassle. Support didn’t help when I reported bugs. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Mixed feelings

You know, I like parts of Calendly but it definitely has its flaws. Sometimes, people can't book because of weird availability issues. I hope they can fix that.

Great for small teams

Been using it at work, and it’s really helped us stay organized! Custom links are a lifesaver, but I sometimes wish there were more reporting features to track engagement.

Fine for basic scheduling

Works Great Most of the Time

Not impressed at all

I tried using Calendly for scheduling meetings, but it was a nightmare. The integration with my calendar didn’t work properly and I missed several important appointments. Such a waste of time!

Decent for Group Meetings

Overall, I like Calendly for setting group meetings. It speeds up the process of finding common times. Just ran into issues with time zone settings a couple of times, which created some confusion.

Lacking Customization Options

Calendly has potential, but there are some significant limitations. I need to customize my booking page a lot more for my clients to see specific information, yet I can’t without paying for the premium tier. It’s frustrating when you're already paying for a subscription. Also, their integration with my CRM is hit or miss.

Needs More Features

I’ve been using Calendly for a while, and while it’s decent for scheduling, it lacks features that competitors offer. I wanted to customize follow-up emails more, but the options are limited. Customer service could be more responsive too, especially during busy hours.
