Not worth the hype

Tried Calendly thinking it would be easier to manage meetings, but it’s confusing. The user interface isn’t very intuitive. I ended up switching back to my old method.

Disappointing features

I was looking forward to using Calendly, but the features feel very limited. I found it hard to customize my availability. I guess you get what you pay for, but I expected more.

Disappointing experience

I had high hopes for Calendly but it just didn’t meet my expectations. It kept freezing during set up and my clients were confused. Not cool.

Not great

I tried using Calendly but ran into too many problems. Clients had trouble picking times and the customer support was slow to respond. Really disappointed.

Not what I expected

I really wanted to love Calendly, but it just didn’t work for me. The integration with my calendar wasn’t smooth at all. I missed a couple of important meetings because of it. Frustrated for sure.

Lacking Customization Options

Calendly has potential, but there are some significant limitations. I need to customize my booking page a lot more for my clients to see specific information, yet I can’t without paying for the premium tier. It’s frustrating when you're already paying for a subscription. Also, their integration with my CRM is hit or miss.

Disappointed with the App

I was really excited to try Calendly for scheduling my meetings, but I faced several issues. The integrations with Google Calendar were glitchy, and it ended up booking over 10 duplicate appointments on one day. Customer support was slow to respond and didn’t really help. I expected better.

Disappointed with some features

I wanted to like Calendly, but I faced several issues. The mobile app is slow, and I don't get notifications half the time. This software has potential, but it’s just not there yet. Needs some serious work.
