Overall solid experience
Calendly is my go-to for call scheduling. Very useful features like buffer times and automatic timezone detection! I still find a few aspects could be smoother, but it’s reliable.

Solid, But Room for Improvement
Calendly is pretty solid for basic scheduling needs. I find it user-friendly and straightforward. I just wish the mobile app was as good as the web version; sometimes it feels clunky on my phone. Other than that, I’m satisfied with it.

Not worth the hype
Tried Calendly thinking it would be easier to manage meetings, but it’s confusing. The user interface isn’t very intuitive. I ended up switching back to my old method.

It's okay, but...
Calendly does the job for basic scheduling, but there’s not much flexibility. I often have to double-check my schedule manually. It’s not terrible, just not great either.

User-friendly interface
Pretty straightforward to schedule events. Love that my clients can pick times that work for them. Little quirks with my notifications though.

Decent but needs improvements
It’s decent enough for basic scheduling, but some advanced features feel clunky. The auto-scheduling feature is great but not perfect. I guess I expected more flexibility.

Disappointing features

Disappointing experience

Okay but could be better
Calendly is decent for scheduling, but I find it frustrating sometimes. Certain integrations don’t work as expected, leading to confusion among my clients. I think it’s a solid start, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Simple and effective tool
Calendly has completely changed the way I schedule meetings. I love how easy it is to share links with clients. The customization options are fantastic, plus it saves me so much time. Definitely worth every penny!

Good overall experience
I've been using Calendly for a few months now and it's been mostly great. The integration with Google Calendar is seamless. Just had a small hiccup with time zone settings, but support helped me fix it quickly.

Not what I expected
I thought Calendly would make scheduling easier, but syncing with my Google Calendar was a bit of a hassle. It works sometimes, but I keep running into bugs. Not bad, but could be way better.

Mixed feelings about Calendly
I've been using Calendly for a few months. It helps avoid back-and-forth emails, but sometimes the app lags, and my appointments end up overlapping. Not great when you're trying to look professional!

Really helpful tool!
I love how easy it is to share my availability. I can just send a link and boom! It saves so much time. The reminders are a nice touch too.

Not great
I tried using Calendly but ran into too many problems. Clients had trouble picking times and the customer support was slow to respond. Really disappointed.

It's okay, nothing special
I find Calendly to be average. It does the job, but there are times when it glitches. Scheduling can feel clunky when I have to switch between time zones.

Super helpful tool
Absolutely love using Calendly for my business! It’s made scheduling those client calls so much easier. Plus, the reminder emails I can set up really help keep me organized!

Capable but has quirks
