I’ve been using BankUp for a few months now, and overall, it’s been pretty good. The app is user-friendly, and the customer support response time is decent. Just had a little issue with a transfer that took longer than expected, which was frustrating. But they resolved it quickly in the end.

I like BankUp for its mobile features and low fees. I did face a minor hiccup when trying to access my statements last week, had to call support twice. They were helpful, but it shouldn't have taken that long. Still, I’m sticking with them for now.
