Mixed feelings
The app is ok, but I’ve experienced some bugs. Sometimes it logs me out unexpectedly, and I have to log back in to see my balance. Still, their ATMs are pretty accessible.

Mixed feelings about BoA
I’ve been with Bank of America for a few years now. Customer service is hit or miss, and their app sometimes just crashes. Overall, not bad, but I expected better.
