Decent, but needs improvements
The app is okay for basic banking tasks, but I keep running into bugs. Transferring money has been slow lately. I hope they fix these issues soon.

Mixed feelings about BankLy
I signed up for BankLy a couple of months ago. The app is pretty decent, but I've had some trouble with customer support. My verification took longer than expected, almost a week. Once I finally got through, they were helpful, but the delay was frustrating. Overall, it’s okay but could use some improvement.

Mixed feelings
I’ve been using BankLy for a few months now. The app looks nice and the features are cool, but sometimes it’s slow to load. I like it, but not completely satisfied.

Not the best banking app
I've used better banking apps. The interface is a bit clunky and not very user-friendly. Plus, customer service took a while to respond to my inquiry.
