Terrible Experience

Mixed feelings about BankLy

I signed up for BankLy a couple of months ago. The app is pretty decent, but I've had some trouble with customer support. My verification took longer than expected, almost a week. Once I finally got through, they were helpful, but the delay was frustrating. Overall, it’s okay but could use some improvement.

Useless Support
