Mostly good, with a hiccup
I had a good experience buying spark plugs, but they didn't have a specific part I needed in stock. The staff did offer to order it for me, which was nice, but the wait time could've been faster.

Nice staff, but inventory issues
I like going to AutoZone for minor repairs and parts. But last time, they were out of stock of the oil I wanted. They promised to get more later, which is good, but I wish I hadn’t had to make the trip twice.

Good Prices, But Inconsistent Help
I appreciate the prices on parts, but I’ve noticed that not all employees know their stuff. I went in for spark plugs and ended up getting wrong ones at first. But once I got the right set, the discount was really good. Just make sure to double-check what they give you.

Good service but a bit slow
I went to AutoZone to get some wiper blades replaced. The staff was friendly and helpful, but it took longer than expected. Still, I got what I needed and the price was fair.

Good, but room for improvement
AutoZone has a lot of options, but sometimes the staff could be a bit more organized. I waited a bit longer than I wanted when trying to check out.

Great products, but a bit slow
AutoZone usually has everything I need but my last visit took longer than expected. There was only one person at the counter and a line formed quickly. Still, I appreciate their help and knowledge.

Almost perfect
AutoZone has a decent selection and helpful staff, but I wish they had more inventory in stock. I had to wait a couple of days for a special part.
