Good Selection but Slow

Their parts inventory is solid but the wait times in-store are too long, especially when you need something urgently. The staff was nice but just overwhelmed.

Fixing My Ride

AutoZone had all the parts I needed to fix my car. It took a while to find what I wanted, and the manager had to help me. I had to wait a bit too long for the checkout, but they had a great warranty policy which eased my mind when buying parts.

Had a Rough Start

I had a bad first visit. They ordered the wrong battery for my car. The first guy was kind but didn’t seem to know much. However, the manager really stepped in and made it right. I got a proper battery and they even helped install it!

Disappointing Customer Experience

I visited AutoZone to get my brakes checked, but the service was subpar. I arrived and waited over 20 minutes while the staff seemed more focused on socializing than helping customers. Once I finally got attention, they were polite but had no clear answers about what I needed. It definitely felt like I was just another number to them.

Mixed Feelings About AutoZone

I went in for wiper blades, but they had only one of the two I needed. The staff helped me find a replacement, but the wait was just too long. Overall, decent experience but frustrating at times.
